Job Summary
Trade Lifecycle Manager I at JPMorgan Chase overseeing the pre- and post-trading lifecycle across asset classes, managing client collateral movements and cash funding, coordinating risk monitoring and collateral approvals, supporting reconciliation, reporting and audit requirements, and driving process improvements. Provides first-class client service to Prime Brokerage/Hedge Fund clients and collaborates with the Client Service Rep team to ensure accurate trade processing, regulatory compliance, and ongoing STP initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Broker Dealer Operations experience or similar
- Working knowledge of client service, cash funding, global settlements & exception remediation
- Strong problem-solving & strategic thinking
- High accuracy & attention to detail, numerate, proficient in Excel and core systems
- Strong communication skills across multiple lines of business
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage risk
- Proactively identify risks and challenge stakeholders on controls
- Collaborate effectively with team and stakeholders
- Responsibility for mistakes and lessons learned
- Enthusiasm for digital automation tools
- Series 99 and SIE licenses required to be obtained within 6 months of starting in role
