Job Summary
Trade Lifecycle Associate I at JPMorganChase responsible for managing pre- and post-trading lifecycle operations across asset classes. Key duties include preparing and managing funding for managed DDAs, ensuring proper wire allocation within thresholds, reconciling ledgers, collaborating with other lines of business to facilitate funding, and participating in end-to-end lifecycle process improvements. The role supports strategic projects with Product, Tech, and Change partners, applies change-management practices, and emphasizes risk management, SLA adherence, and root-cause analysis to increase Straight Through Processing (STP). It also emphasizes development of data and tech literacy and potential guidance of others.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent in managing cash movements and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts (DDA’s)
- Proficiency with systems for financial data reconciliation and ledger management
- Advanced process improvement methodologies with track record in financial services
- Experience managing strategic projects with Product, Tech, and Change partners, with change management and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in automation technologies and systems architecture in a trading environment
- Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, OwlDQ) and data skills
