Trade Foreman 1

Trade Foreman 1 on JE Dunn Construction projects leads a crew on a jobsite, performs self-perform work, and participates in punch lists while coordinating with suppliers and ensuring safety, quality, and production goals. Responsibilities include using tools to complete assigned tasks, tracking labor hours, maintaining tools and equipment, supervising safety procedures, planning crew sizes to meet production targets, documenting activities and crew sizes, coordinating with suppliers for material deliveries, reading plans and specifications, providing on-the-job guidance, coordinating inspections, and updating punch lists. Required skills include strong communication, understanding of lean processes, self-perform and labor productivity knowledge, ability to read plans and drawings, coordination with multiple trades, and the capability to adapt to non-traditional hours and travel. Education includes a High School Diploma or GED, with a Vocational/Technical degree preferred, and at least 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
