Job Summary
Process standby letters of credit, commercial letters of credit, and documentary collections according to industry standards while ensuring client needs are met within established service level agreements. Issue, amend, and pay these instruments, process loan requests, and monitor borrowing bases under working capital guarantees and EX-IM bank policies. Handle credits returned for cancellation and adhere to regulatory, credit, and operational risk mitigation policies. Track time for overtime eligibility under non-exempt FLSA classification for hours exceeding 40 per week. Located in Coral Gables, Florida, this full-time role supports EX-IM bank working capital guarantee and insured loan products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of banking experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Detail oriented with strong emphasis on producing an accurate and professional product
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Etc)
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week
