Trade Execution Co-Ordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate trade execution activities including planning, daily load capture, and liaison with customers and internal role players. Responsibilities include contract management (purchases & sales), planning deliveries with logistics, booking trucks for loading/offloading, daily data capture, data sent for invoicing aligned with contract terms, timely responses to client inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, daily/weekly stock releases, and weekly planning with transporters. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and fluent English and Afrikaans. The role involves high-paced, high-pressure coordination across logistics and customer-facing activities, reporting to the Trade Execution Controller, with salary described as market-related basic salary plus provident fund and medical aid benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Exposure to the Food/Feed/Agri commodity sector will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
- Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English and in Afrikaans languages
