Job Summary
Trade Development Specialist responsible for executing and communicating the monthly business plan developed by the Trade Development team. Key duties include tracking program execution, managing incentives, overseeing POS logistics, coordinating sampling programs, supporting large-scale events, handling charity sponsorships and donations, and providing analytics support as directed by the analytics team. The role involves coordinating with inside sales teams and promotional agencies, managing inventory planning and item setups, updating pricing, creating monthly sales communications and reports, and supporting supplier and promotional material activities to drive channel business plans. Strong emphasis on collaboration, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, finance, and field teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing large scale events and promotions, finance, project management, operations, etc.
