Job Summary
Monitor daily trade execution, settlement, and clearing processes to ensure timely and accurate completion across mutual funds, UITs, structured products, equities, and fixed income. Execute trade requests from end clients and financial advisors while resolving discrepancies by coordinating with cross-functional departments. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including TRACE, RTRS, and CAT, and provide proactive account management support to advisors. Deliver operational excellence for service-related requests and collaborate with leadership to improve processes. This role is essential to maintaining client experience service levels within Citizens' Wealth Management team.

Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years in Trade Operations or a similar role within the finance industry
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with a customer-first mindset
- Experience with prime broker/executing broker relationships
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with a sense of urgency
- Problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment
- Passion for financial markets and investment products
