Job Summary

The Trade Desk Consultant will drive incremental business in the assigned region by educating customers on Offsite solutions and services, building and nurturing dealer relationships, and guiding digital wholesaling to facilitate deal conversion. Responsibilities include managing dealer relationships to provide a personalized auction experience, leveraging the Trade Desk Deal Dashboard and other sources to process offers, negotiating and closing vehicle sales, and serving as the primary contact for client inquiries and issue resolution. The role emphasizes client education on online vehicle exchange, simulcast, and related company services, developing market/MMR insights, collaborating with internal teams (Client Solutions Specialist, Inventory Specialist, leadership, and partners), and ensuring a high-quality, accurate, and responsive customer experience. Proficiency with Salesforce.com for logging interactions, generating reports, and analyzing data is required, along with strong communication, multitasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. The position supports a hybrid/remote working arrangement within the United States and requires eligibility to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship, as well as compliance with pre-employment drug testing.
