Trade & Customs Operations Manager – APAC

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end APAC trade operations across 12 markets (including inbound, customs clearance, and inland transport); drive performance by setting goals, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets; ensure full customs compliance and manage relationships with authorities; strengthen operational excellence, sustainability, and efficiency; manage and develop customs broker partnerships and sourcing strategies; lead trade security and risk management initiatives; collaborate with continent and global stakeholders to unlock business value; inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing Trade team across the region.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customs and trade operations across APAC
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead a remote team
- Deep knowledge of customs compliance and clearance processes
- A strategic mindset with strong analytical and leadership capabilities
- Experience in vendor management and procurement
- A passion for leading change and inspiring teams
