Job Summary
Trade Counter Sales representative at Peppard Building Supplies: assist customers at the trade counter with product information and recommendations; process sales transactions accurately and efficiently; maintain stock levels and ensure the trade counter is well-presented; build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business; handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally; collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a trade counter sales role, preferably within the building and construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
