Job Summary
Trade Counter Assistant at Ringwood Plumbing branch. Provide customer service and product information to plumbers and tradespeople, supply quotes in person and over the phone, assist with pick packing and stock control, keep the branch tidy and safe, make deliveries with a company vehicle, and participate in on-the-job training to upskill. Opportunity to move within the region and support other branches. Requires prior experience in retail sales or customer service, ability to process orders, strong product knowledge, a valid driver’s licence, computer literacy, and flexibility to work weekends.
