Job Summary
Trade Counter Assistant at Morayfield plumbing branch. Provide customer service and product information, give quotes in person and over the phone, perform pick packing and stock control, keep the branch tidy and safe, and make deliveries using a company vehicle. Opportunities to move within the region and support other branches. Requirements include prior retail sales or customer service experience, ability to pick orders and maintain displays with accurate information, computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems, a clean valid driver’s license, and availability for varied shifts including weekends.
