Job Summary
Trade Counter Assistant role based at Enoggera Plumbing branch. Provide customer service and product information, quote customers in person and over the phone, perform pick/packing and stock control, keep the branch tidy and safe, and make deliveries with company vehicle. Opportunity to upskill, contribute to branch operations, and potentially move within the region to support other branches. Must have prior retail or customer service experience, be able to handle quotes and inquiries, possess a clean driver’s license, and be comfortable with varied shifts (including weekends). Strong product knowledge, computer skills, and a customer-focused mindset are valued, along with a willingness to learn and participate in training programs and career development. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
