Job Summary
Provide customer service and product information to plumbers and tradespeople, then make regular deliveries using a company vehicle. Generate quotes in person and over the phone while managing pick, pack, and stock control activities. Maintain branch tidiness and safety standards. This role supports the Auckland Trade Counter team, ensuring tradespeople access necessary products for building and renovation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Can pick orders
- maintain shop floor displays
- ensure information provided is accurate
- Can use a computer
- is happy to learn new systems
- Has a clean, valid driver's licence
- is open to working various shifts, including weekends
