Job Summary
Based at the HVAC-R branch in St Leonards, provide customer service and information about products, offer quotes in person and over the phone, undertake pick packing and stock control, maintain a tidy and safe branch, make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle, and support branch operations. The role includes collaborating with branch leaders and teams, opportunities to move within the region to support other branches, and on-the-job training to upskill. Ideal candidates have experience in retail sales or customer service, can assist customers both in person and by phone, can manage orders and displays, are comfortable with computer systems, and hold a clean, valid driver’s licence. Flexible to working weekends and various shifts and interested in developing a career within the broader network.
