Job Summary
Provide customer service and product information, prepare quotes in person and over the phone, and manage pick, pack, and stock control activities. Maintain branch tidiness and safety standards while making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle. This role supports engineers, project managers, and tradespeople in Ballarat to access products for major infrastructure, drainage, and utility projects. Candidates must have a clean valid driver's licence and be available for various shifts including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Can pick orders
- maintain shop floor displays
- ensure information provided is accurate
- Is tech-savvy
- adaptable to learning new systems
- Has a clean valid driver's licence
