Job Summary
Ensure accurate and timely allocation, confirmation, and funding for all Fixed Income and FX transactions. Provide general assistance to traders with order handling, local market needs, and securing borrows. Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies while liaising with internal groups to support client trading needs. Stay current with market news and trends impacting trading processes and assist with IT prioritization and risk mitigation efforts. Work 4 days in-office with 1 day remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant industry experience
- Solid understanding of fixed income markets
- Familiarity with trading processes and protocols
- Organized

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a team setting
- Fixed Income & FX trading location in Boston
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in technical skills such as Python, SQL, Bloomberg, Excel, and Tableau
- Experience working on a trading desk
- Knowledge of derivatives products
- Experience with trade matching platforms (CTM, MTM, Tradeserv, and GTSS)
