Job Summary
The Trade Consultant will provide a luxury experience for RH Trade clientele, working to grow the RH Trade business by qualifying clients, creating partnerships, and ensuring fiscal goals are achieved through collaboration and exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Experience within a high-end furniture showroom, luxury retailer or design firm
- Relationship-driven with proven successes working with the interior design/trade community
- Strategic, highly organized and results-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building a thriving trade business
- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Solid technical background with experience using Salesforce or other customer relationship management systems
- Basic to proficient knowledge of interpreting and understanding floor plans
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to travel locally or out of state
- Frequently lifting and mobilizing small to medium items, up to 25 lbs.
