Job Summary
Trade Compliance Specialist responsible for import/export compliance procedures, ensuring product flow meets global trade regulations, providing internal consulting on customs and export control processes, issuing clearance instructions to carriers, managing communications with freight forwarders and stakeholders, maintaining records for audits, and participating in internal audits for continuous improvement. Requires a higher degree in Economics/Administration/Law or related field and 2 years of practical trade compliance experience; strong English, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with AI tools. Hybrid work model in Wroclaw, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Higher degree in Economics, Administration, Law, or related field
- 2 years of practical experience in customs and trade compliance
- Very good command of English
- Effective communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Copilot or other AI tools
