Job Summary
Lead and manage export control and sanctions compliance programs with a focus on EAR, OFAC, MOFCOM for a multinational manufacturing environment. Advise on US and Chinese trade laws governing export, reexport, and transfer of controlled technologies, components, and semiconductor products. Deliver global training on EAR and MOFCOM compliance, perform internal audits, manage self-disclosures and enforcement interactions, and act as a subject-matter expert for global teams navigating classification, tariff, and regulatory changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Business or related field or a qualification in Export Compliance
- Minimum 7+ years in export control and sanctions compliance, preferably with experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Proven track record managing export programs and global sanctions compliance
