Job Summary
Lead trade compliance operations to manage inbound logistics and customs, ensure HTS/COO/value declarations, and support new North American market entries. Collaborate with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and couriers to secure on-time deliveries; monitor clearance status and documentation accuracy; analyze landed costs and intercompany charges; stay current on CBP and FDA rules, and build/maintain operational dashboards. Role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, and up to 10% travel, with remote work option in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in import operations and international logistics
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field preferred
- Licensed Customs Broker preferred
- Strong knowledge of FDA and CBP rules and regulations, HTS, and Incoterms
- Experience supporting complex or multi-site customers
- FDA & regulatory experience with medical device or healthcare operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Up to 10% travel domestic and international
