Trade Compliance Manager

Job Summary
Provide expert guidance on complex sanctions and export controls matters, including defence-related business activities. Partner with commercial teams to support bids for government and non-government contracts, positioning compliance as a value driver. Assess and manage regulatory risks related to controlled, sensitive, and defence-related commodities while enabling risk-based decision-making across transactions, customers, routes, and markets. Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments, translating them into clear, actionable insights for the business. Advise on sensitive and high-profile topics, including matters relating to blocking statutes and human rights, supporting senior leadership and investor-facing discussions. Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure aligned and responsible operations.
