Job Summary
Prepare for executing declaration and correction procedures in accordance with customs legislations. Execute statistical customs and VAT reports and manage the Customs table. Serve as a helpdesk for internal customer inquiries and escalate potential problems when applicable. This 6-12 month internship requires a student with at least two years of Bachelor's studies, fluent English, and German B1/B2 proficiency. Available for 30-40 hours per week including weekends. Work in-person at Philips' office in Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Student status
- Completed at least 2 years of Bachelor's studies
- Fluent in English
- At least a B2 level proficiency in English
- German B1/B2 language proficiency
- Availability to work 30-40 hours per week
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Basic knowledge of Word
