Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary
Administer and maintain Trade Compliance policies, procedures, and forms to ensure adherence to import/export laws, customs regulations, and sanctions. Screen, review, and resolve restricted and denied party transactions using third-party tools while preparing and submitting applicable U.S., APAC, and global government authorizations. Evaluate product information for jurisdiction, classification, and tariff purposes, then coordinate with global sites to verify transfers of items, data, and software comply with export laws. Support automation projects for visitor management, ERP, and CRM systems, and conduct assessments to assist in audits and investigations. Provide training to employees and maintain records, while coordinating with internal customers to respond to inquiries across U.S., APAC, and global sites.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on Trade Compliance
- Knowledge of U.S. Trade Regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR, OFAC, Customs) and APAC region trade regulations
- Experience interfacing with Government agencies (e.g., DOS, DOC, Customs, MITI, MTI, Ministry of Trade, etc.)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CoPilot
- Familiarity with OCR EASE or similar denied party screening tool
- Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in the business language (English)
