Job Summary

Trade Compliance Analyst responsible for managing HTS classification, valuation, and country of origin determinations across multiple product categories to ensure import/export activities comply with U.S. customs regulations and international trade requirements. Role focuses on HTS classification, valuation, and origin determinations; supports USMCA qualification and certificate of origin management; monitors changes in trade regulations (Section 232, Section 301, AD/CVD, CBP guidance) and assesses impact on the business. Coordinates with customs brokers on entry filing accuracy and CBP compliance; supports IEEPA refund filings, AD/CVD proceedings, and duty recovery initiatives. Maintains and audits import/export records per CBP requirements; conducts supplier outreach for CAATSA, UFLPA, and country of origin certifications; partners with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Legal to embed trade compliance in sourcing and supplier management; supports development and delivery of internal training and updates to trade compliance policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Finance, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in trade compliance, customs, or import/export operations within a manufacturing environment
  • Working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations (19 CFR), HTS classification, USMCA rules of origin, and Section 232/301 tariff frameworks
  • Familiarity with CBP's ACE portal and entry filing processes
