Job Summary
Conduct monthly audits of U.S. and Canadian entries, review third-party invoices for declared customs value, and monitor Fed Ex shipments to resolve delivery holds. Compile import/export documentation to support duty drawback claims and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for departmental analysis. Submit Post Summary Corrections and Protests to customs brokers, track related financial activities, and address deficiencies in annual CTPAT questionnaires from vendors and manufacturing locations. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 1+ years in international trade, and bilingual Spanish skills. Competitive pay and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and vacation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or a related field
- Ability to interpret and apply customs regulations accurately
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Effective communication skills
- 1+ years of experience in international trade, customs compliance or logistics
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
