Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary
Trade Compliance Analyst to execute and manage U.S. export compliance activities with SAP GTS, including license determination and document management. Responsibilities include screening, licensing, and documentation, mapping licenses to transactions in ERP, monitoring SAP GTS accuracy, and collaborating with IT, data science, and trade operations to improve systems and reporting. The role requires ensuring EAR compliance, supporting internal audits, developing real-time dashboards for export order status and KPIs, maintaining SAP GTS policies, and contributing to governance, SOPs, and continuous improvement in global trade compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, International Business, Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in trade compliance, with a strong focus on U.S. export controls
- Hands-on experience with SAP GTS (export compliance modules required)
- Strong understanding of export licenses, license exceptions, and ERP-based compliance execution
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT and analytics/data teams
