Job Summary
Support site teams by conducting rubbish removal, performing general labouring and light demolition, and assisting with site logistics to ensure materials and tools are set up for efficient delivery. Maintain clean, organised sites and contribute to the day-to-day flow of construction activity across aged care, retirement living, childcare, and education environments. This role requires experience in construction labouring and light demolition, with consistent Monday to Friday hours offered within a stable, growing organisation. You will gain exposure to experienced site teams and structured projects in a supportive environment focused on quality project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- You have worked in a construction business in the past
- You have experience in labouring and some light demolition
- You're reliable, proactive and take ownership of your work
- You work well in a team and communicate respectfully on-site
- You're willing to learn and contribute wherever needed
