Job Summary
Trade Analyst responsible for varied trade-related functions within Livingston International’s Global Trade Management. Work with management, client teams, and external parties to meet client deliverables, with possible specialization in classification, import/export operations, restricted party screening, special trade programs, reconciliation, post-entry, and vendor performance management. Key duties include analyzing import/export data with trade software to create transactional documentation and KPI reports, performing HS & ECCN classification, determining FTA qualification applicability, monitoring regulatory priorities, researching missing information with suppliers/carriers/clients, addressing client inquiries, coordinating with internal/external parties, troubleshooting complex issues with leadership support, contributing to process development/improvement, and adhering to policies. Required: High School/GED or equivalent; Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Skills emphasize excellent written and spoken communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities, issue identification and escalation, priority management, MS Word/Excel proficiency, willingness to learn toward a Sr. Trade Analyst role, and ability to work independently or in a team.
