Job Summary
Support the execution and monitoring of foreign exchange (FX) and payment transactions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Provide day-to-day trading support to clients and internal stakeholders by preparing, reviewing, and communicating pricing information while assisting with credit-related processes. Conduct market and trading analyses to help clients evaluate trade ideas, optimize market timing, and prepare analytical insights for informed decision-making. Monitor market activity, respond to client enquiries, and collaborate with Sales, Trading, Credit, and other teams to deliver high-level client service. Contribute to the continuous improvement of trading support processes and client experience within Corpay's Alpha Group division.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, treasury, payments, trading operations, banking, or a related environment
- Professional proficiency in English
