Job Summary
Lead and mentor a Trade Advisory team focused on trade compliance and duty minimization strategies (classification, country of origin, FTA analysis, FSFE, compliance assessments, tariff engineering, etc.). Coordinate analytics and reporting from diverse sources to provide insights and recommendations; manage deadlines, client deliverables, and project timelines; stay informed of latest customs regulations and rulings; interface with CBP, clients, and internal stakeholders; drive process improvements, SOPs, and system integrations (ACE portal, automation). Require a Bachelor's degree, Licensed Customs Broker, with JD or graduate degree preferred; 5-7 years of trade-related experience with demonstrated leadership; strong writing, interpersonal, and data-analytic skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google equivalents; deep knowledge of classification, valuation, duty minimization/avoidance, and government regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Licensed Customs Broker required
- J.D. or graduate degree highly preferred
- 5-7 years trade related experience

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Expertise with Microsoft Office suite and Google equivalents
- Strong data analytical skills
- Knowledge of classification, valuation, duty minimization and avoidance strategies
