Job Summary
Trade Activations Manager responsible for translating Marketing & Sales strategies into channel-specific activation investments, optimizing trade performance across the Route to Consumer (RTC), monitoring performance against KPIs, managing allocated marketing budgets, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Will monitor market and promotion performance, provide insights and corrective actions, and recruit/develop team members when applicable. Requires university degree in business administration or economics, 5+ years in marketing and/or sales, advanced data analysis skills, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and fluency in Portuguese and English. The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and a ONE TEAM mindset within a cross-functional marketing and sales context.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration or Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales
- Advanced data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Collaborative mindset, strong communication skills and high sense of ownership and accountability
