Job Summary
Prepare bank payment orders and verify the completeness of supporting documents to ensure policy compliance; monitor and record travel expense claims; verify sales invoices align with sales contracts and goods delivered; perform month-end tasks including reconciling balance sheet accounts and reviewing aging receivables/payables; prepare monthly VAT tax reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 1-2+ years of payment accounting experience preferred; strong English for work; proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Offers a hybrid work arrangement in Ho Chi Minh City and a range of internal development opportunities.
