Job Summary
Manage key accounts in mid-size markets by establishing trust-based relationships with decision-makers, hospitals, and clinics while highlighting specific tenders and pricing requests. Develop tailored action plans and integrated account strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Support demand planning, forecasting activities, and close cooperation with local Tender Specialists to align Pfizer's value proposition with evolving healthcare system needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes to proactively adapt account strategies and identify new opportunities. Track key metrics, report progress, and adjust plans to meet commercial objectives. Requires German and English proficiency with a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business administration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical key account management (preferably in mid-size or emerging markets) or a related role
- Experience working with biopharma portfolios including specialty care, vaccines, or hospital products
- Familiarity with tendering processes, distributor management, and public-private partnerships in mid-size markets
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven Ability to manage complex accounts and navigate matrix organizations (work collaboratively with cross-functional teams)
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
