Job Summary
Monitor team deployment, conduct shift walk-throughs, and manage opening, transitioning, and closing procedures. Engage with all guests to uphold service standards, perform food preparation and service tasks as needed, and ensure cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Complete shift administration and banking duties while monitoring food preparation methods, recipes, and portion sizes. Address customer concerns professionally and train new team members to set operational expectations. Ensure compliance with health department regulations and break schedules. Requires flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum hourly rate of $22.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food and service industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to upholding company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English
- Able to read English
- Able to read/speak Spanish
Desired Qualifications
