Job Summary
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency, test components and systems using diagnostic tools, and diagnose, maintain, and repair agriculture equipment. Communicate directly with the Service Manager to inform customers of additional service needs and provide time estimates for repairs. Execute warranty repairs under manufacturer specifications while collaborating effectively with teammates. Requires diesel mechanic experience, Kubota familiarity, and ability to work weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Service Technician experience
- Must be able to work weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Diesel mechanic experience preferred
- Kubota experience preferred
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Teammate with the ability to collaborate with others effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
