Job Summary
Tracks Inspector responsible for inspecting rail and track construction to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards. Duties include monitoring track installation, welds, earthworks, concrete works, ITPs/NCRs, documentation, site coordination with engineers/contractors, safety/environmental compliance, and daily reporting. Requires Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent and 7+ years in civil construction inspection with rail track focus; UAE metro/infrastructure experience preferred; QA/QC certification preferred; strong English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in civil construction inspection (rail track works)
- Experience on major UAE infrastructure or metro projects (Dubai Metro, Etihad Rail)
- Proficiency in inspections, ITPs, NCRs, and QA/QC documentation
- Strong knowledge of track alignment, ballast, gauge, cant, and concrete works
- English communication skills
- Professional QA/QC/inspection certification preferred
