Tracking Coordinator - Day Shift - Remote - Colombia

Monitor loading, unloading, and appointments while following up with customers regarding delays, missed appointments, and late arrivals. Build and maintain relationships with partner carriers to ensure client KPI expectations are exceeded. Identify potential problems before they occur and communicate any issues, such as delays or accidents, immediately to Account Operations and Carrier Sales Teams. Serve as the primary liaison between Carrier Sales Representatives, Account Operations, and partner carriers. Assist other team members when required. This bilingüal day shift role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
