Trackhoe Operator

Equipment and Trackhoe Operator opportunity with H&K Group, Inc. at the Pottstown Division in Pottstown, PA. Responsibilities include performing trackhoe operations and site work in compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and company safety policies; creating a safe worksite; maintaining the Q329 Caterpillar trackhoe and related equipment; crushing site material; identifying site needs and developing plans; collaborating with team members; assisting with transport and setup of equipment; and performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates will have extensive trackhoe operations experience, experience with equipment maintenance, strong written communication, leadership and teamwork abilities, self-motivation, organization, and a safety-focused mindset; the role requires ability to meet physical demands and pass fit testing with appropriate PPE. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, loader experience, additional certifications (OSHA, MSHA, or similar).
