Operate a dozer and trackhoe for stripping and overburden removal in a quarry; perform maintenance and servicing of equipment; conduct daily pre- and post-inspections with documentation; maintain effective communication; work with a high degree of competency while following all safety and regulatory policies (OSHA/MSHA/environmental); tolerate outdoor weather conditions and loud noises; collaborate in a team environment; willing to work overtime; pass pre-employment drug screen and provide I-9 documentation; Rogers Group provides extensive benefits including health/savings options, life and disability insurance, 401K with company contribution, paid holidays and vacation, and merit increases.
