Job Summary
Track Operations team member at RPM Raceway responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe operation of indoor karting tracks, overseeing race sessions, calling racers for lineups, providing safety briefings and instructions, assisting guests with equipment (head sock, helmet, neck belt), assigning karts, monitoring track safety, managing battery charging/status, providing scoring sheets, and coordinating endurance races, racing clinics, and special events. Requires 2+ years of customer service experience in hospitality/entertainment/retail, a high school diploma or GED, ability to work 15-28 hours per week including weekends/holidays, strong communication and teamwork, ability to multi-task and problem-solve, and physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Presents, punctuality, reliability, and a passion for guest experience are valued; familiarity with equipment handling, safety regulations, and upselling opportunities is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail
- High School diploma or G.E.D from an accredited institution
- College attending working towards a degree is preferable with flexible hours available
- Able to lift up to 25lbs/pull barriers to ensure track, barriers & pit walls are in proper shape to run races
- Available to work weekends and holidays
