Job Summary
Create and organize project documents including plans, reports, and meeting minutes. Facilitate communication by scheduling meetings, sending updates, and tracking milestones and deadlines. Assist in resource allocation, risk management, and quality control while identifying areas for improvement. Support the manager with site visits and administrative duties for the 2026 and 2027 Annual Track Programs and Concrete Tie Program. Ensure all project deliverables meet safety and reliability standards.
