Track Operations Support

Job Summary
Assist with daily track opening and closing procedures, inspect surfaces and safety equipment, and set up cones, signage, and barriers. Support track day operations, pit lane activities, and member events while monitoring conditions and reporting hazards. Operate utility vehicles and light equipment to perform routine maintenance, grounds upkeep, and debris removal. Respond to on-track incidents under leadership direction and enforce track rules to ensure safety. Provide exceptional service to members and guests by answering questions and maintaining a professional presence. Collaborate with hospitality and events teams to support setup and teardown for driving schools and corporate functions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, climb, and work on uneven terrain
- Ability to respond quickly during emergency situations
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required
- Must complete a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in motorsports, facility operations, maintenance, public safety, or related fields
- Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Experience operating utility vehicles and light equipment
