Book HAWBs for OSPs in Maestro and assist APAC branches with daily post-flight checks. Monitor global email communications and shipments to track milestones from collection to delivery, ensuring pre-alerts are acknowledged and high-value shipment TATs are met. Highlight deviations, follow up on missing shipments, and prepare monthly reports for APAC OSPs. Run daily reports on dry ice replenishments and tracking device effectiveness, making calls to Marken branches for updates and coordinating with tracking teams. Monitor alerts via the Central Monitoring System to notify global Marken depots of any alarms.
