Track and Trace Associate

Analyze and resolve tracing and claim inquiries for UPS Preferred accounts while maintaining ownership of customer situations through resolution. Handle one-to-one customer service experiences by solving problems, making outbound calls, and performing follow-ups as needed. Work with minimal supervision using excellent communication skills to address complex tracking issues. This role supports UPS's mission as a global logistics leader operating in over 220 countries, helping to move the world forward by delivering what matters to customers big and small.
