Job Summary
Track & Field Assistant Coach to assist Head Coach in developing and implementing a comprehensive program. Responsible for assisting with planning and conducting practices and competitions, supporting student-athlete development in track and field events, promoting good sportsmanship and a positive team culture, supervising student-athletes during practices, meets, and team activities, and following district, conference, and state athletic policies. Requires strong communication and organizational skills and ability to work with student-athletes, parents, and staff; Ohio coaching certification and background check requirements must be met.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet all Ohio coaching certification and background check requirements
- Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred
