Join Family First Homecare as an RN providing in-home pediatric nursing to children with life-long health conditions. You will perform admissions, transfers, re-certifications, and discharges; maintain up-to-date clinical records; evaluate nursing service effectiveness; consult with physicians regarding care plans; mentor new employees during orientations; educate patients and families on care needs; supervise LPNs and Aides in the home; participate in QAPI and mandatory trainings; ensure confidentiality and comply with state/federal regulations. Requires travel to patients’ homes; work schedule may include 8/10/12-hour shifts and availability any day of the week.
