Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in private duty/home health in Bethlehem, PA. Implement and document plans of care, educate patients and families, and coordinate with home health disciplines (HHA, OT, PT, MSW, Dietitian) to support recovery and independence. Utilize equipment and supplies effectively, participate in ongoing professional development, and perform other duties as assigned by the Registered Nurse. Requires PA LPN licensure and CPR; experience with pediatric patients preferred. Flexible schedules with days/evenings/nights, competitive pay up to $35/hour, benefits, and bonus opportunities accompany the role.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania
- Valid CPR Certificate
- At least two years experience working with pediatric patients
