Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as an LPN in private duty/home health in Allentown, PA. Implement and document plans of care, coordinate with clinicians and other disciplines, educate patients and families, and participate in coordination of home health services. Requires PA LPN licensure, CPR certification, and at least two years of pediatric experience. Flexible full- or part-time shifts available (days, evenings, nights) with competitive pay up to $35/hour, benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), uniform reimbursement, continuing education, and sign-off/referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania
- Valid CPR Certificate
- At least two years experience working with pediatric patients
- Compliant with accepted professional standards and practices
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organizational skills
