Traceability Specialist

Coordinate supplier engagement and data validation to support Primark’s Traceability strategy and regulatory compliance. Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure traceability requirements are met; act as primary contact for supplier queries and exception management. Ensure timely collection and validation of traceability data (certificates, declarations, geolocation) in line with legal standards; analyze traceability and geospatial data, conduct risk assessments, and identify potential compliance issues. Maintain regular reports and SOPs, and manage supplier engagement activities (meetings, workshops, travel, presentations) across multiple priorities and stakeholders. Proficient communication in English, strong organizational skills, and experience with traceability platforms and Microsoft Office are desired; knowledge of EUDR, UKTR, Lacey Act and multilingual abilities are advantageous.
